i'm going to share something that i've experienced today! damn TERRIBLE can!! wonder if U have been to that TAMPINES KBOX branch b4... well, if u dunch.. let me WARN UUUU.. its SUCKS to the CORE.. so pls pls pls.. PLS dun go k.. dun say i nv warn UU!!! argh! it really SUCKS terribly.. ANYTHING.. EVERYTHING --- the songs, the time, the services ESPECIALLY!!! kaoz~ dun let me CURSE u to hell k! tamp kbox really suckz~ by the way, i was typing half way and realised its already 11.45 and i knew i couldnt finish typing everything by today.. so, a great idea struck smart BUT lazy serene.. wahaha.. i went to grace's blog and copied everything here.. wahaha.. soo smart eh~ heez~ thanks my dear gracey.. whaha.. and btw i will include [...] to wadeva she writes lah.. heez! my own opinions!!
"I am so angry, I am SO ANGRY, I AM SO ANGRY!! You know what, usually when I complain in my blog, I dun name the other party, but this time, I really have to tell everyone out there that I want to complain about KBOX! [its TAMPINES BRANCH btw] Well, I just came from a Kbox session with Serene just now and I'm bloody, fuckingly irritated with their service. It started out like this....
Serene and I went for the Happy Hour session which was supposedly from 2-7pm. But when we went to book a room, we were told it's from 2-6pm instead. We thought that we can be extended for another hour since there's very few people there and it was already stated on this notice board that the session is from 2-7pm. So we went ahead, all ready to sing ourselves hoarse.
Then the first incident took place. Each of us could order two drinks, so the staff came in and took our second order. Serene and I pointed to my empty cup of hot honey lemon drink and say, "Same", assuming they will understand what we were saying. Then when the drinks finally came, Serene received a glass of COLD honey lemon drink and I got a cup of hot honey drink, WITH NO LEMON!!! [some ppl are jus retarded & acting "smart"!!] Fine, maybe they misunderstood. So we decided to forget about the incident and continue singing.
While we were singing, a few songs were deleted by itself [we actually thot the room is haunted btw..nah..j/k] (which means that it has got nothing to do with us) and we thought there were something wrong with the system. Songs got deleted and we were cut off while singing. Never mind.... Soon, it was 6pm. We were enjoying ourselves so much, we did not realise that time's up. Then a large number of songs started disappearing. (At first, it was 1 or 2 songs, den it became a few PAGES of songs!) [CAN U BELIEVE IT!! i was actually told b4 that they can actually delete our songs] It was at that point of time when we found out that it was 6pm. But nobody came in to settle our bill, so we thought the session was extended to 7pm. Nobody bothered to warn us or anything as well.
Serene tried to choose some songs, but to no avail. We did not know what was going on. So we assumed they were trying to chase us out of the room. But we dun care since it always a practice for them to settle our bill first before time's up. Then we decided to sing along with the MV played by the system. We managed to finish singing Yi Bi Yi, by Fan Fan [luckily], which we had selected earlier on, but was cut off (I'm not sure whether it was deleted by us or by the people outside). Then, they started playing David Tao's song, Ai Wo Hai Shi Ta. But there was nothing on the screen. [hmm.. i thot it was played by the other room??] I admit I was stubborn here, I sang along with the music. In their last desperate attempt to get us out of the room, they actually TURNED OFF THE MUSIC! Can you believe it??!! It was so ridiculous. Then this idiotic staff tried to continue the song with his tuneless voice. [well, u are too kind grace. ITS OUT-OF-TUNE can] I was really pissed off.
We walked out of the room, went to the toilet and wanted to pay at the counter. But we were not sure where the cashier was. When we finally paid up, I can't help noticing how many people there were, crowding in and out of the counter, with nothing better to do. If they could just sit there and talk rubbish, why can't they have the courtesy to at least send us the bill and remind us of the time?
The both of us walked out of the place with a sulky face while the staff were happily greeting us, "Thank you, please come again!" FUCK! Who wants to go to this kind of place with such poor service?
Listen up, the boss of Kbox: Unless you want to face bad publicity like NKF becoz of TT Durai and the fate of losing customers' trust and loyalty, get rid of all these nonsense and give your staff proper training! I'm sure a lot of people out there are having the same problems with them. As for me, I'm sure I won't be back in at least a year's time. Even if so, I won't be the one paying for the services there, becoz they dun deserve it!"
arent they f***ing ass-es.. damn it! i shant go to that branch again.. its really ... @#$%^&* arggHH!~
